Nature in Ancient Greece

GO TO THE SITE

Nature, the cornerstone of Greek culture, a symbolic place of social construction, is the protagonist of this new exhibition organised by the National Archaeological Museum (MAN) and Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) . Between Chaos and Cosmos. Nature in Ancient Greece proposes a walk through this immeasurable space that envelops everything. A hundred Greek vases, accompanied by terracotta, sculptures and coins, and the eloquent voice of classical texts, illustrate the vegetal and animal universe and bring us closer to its mythical imagination.

It will also allow visitors to see pieces from other Spanish and foreign museums that will enrich a careful selection of Greek and South African collections from the National Archaeological Museum.

Free admission.
