The Club de Campo Villa de Madrid offers a wide and varied range of activities and services. Since the club's inauguration back in 1931, various sports facilities that are hard to find in any other club in the Community of Madrid have been built across its more than 200 hectares.

The club's sports facilities are seen by most members and the citizens of Madrid as the main element that differentiates and positions the club. There is a combination of unique, world-class facilities, such as equestrianism, tennis, and golf, alongside standard sports and social club facilities, such as padel or croquet, all with an excellent level of maintenance and in a unique natural setting.

The Club de Campo Villa de Madrid operates all these sports spaces, encouraging sports practice through the organization of schools. In addition to the sports offered at the club's main facilities, there are also specific areas for playing table tennis, chess, or bridge.

The Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, in line with its goal reflected in the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan to commit to quality in services oriented toward its members and users, presents the Service Charter as an initial step on the path toward certification of excellence in the management of this wonderful club.

The Service Charter is an instrument for improving the quality of public services, through which we explain and disseminate the services provided, our commitments to quality in facilities, services, activities, and personnel, as well as the indicators that guide our actions, in an exercise of transparency regarding the management carried out by the entity. Furthermore, this document aims to be a working tool that allows us to communicate with our members and users in a necessary exercise of continuous improvement of our management.
