Grease tells the story of a group of teenagers in an American high school in the 1950s, perfectly reflecting timeless conflicts such as the complexities of peer pressure, personal values, friendship, love, the sexual escapades of adolescence and class consciousness, making it a musical in which we can all see ourselves reflected and feel, even if only for a few hours, 'eternally' young.
In 2021, to mark the 50th anniversary of its original premiere in Chicago, SOM Produce (producer of other big hits such as Billy Elliot, Mamma Mía, The Book of Mormon, etc.) launched a new production of Grease which, after 3 years of great success both in Madrid and on its tour of the main cities of Spain, returns to the capital with its impressive choreography, fun costumes and innovative scenery, as well as a top-notch cast, joined by Adrián Lastra in the role of Vince Fontaine.
Starting on September 25th at the Teatro Apolo and for only 10 weeks, you can once again enjoy the quintessential Rock and Roll musical. Grease is back, brighter than ever!
