"A Dinosaur out of context is like a character without a story. Even worse, a character who suffers from amnesia" {Jack Horner, Paleontologist}
“Dinosaurs of Patagonia” is not just another dinosaur exhibition. It's a deep dive into the paleontological work that goes into reading the secrets of rocks. We discover how science works and how paleontologists reconstruct the past, while presenting us with replicas of the skeletons of the most important dinosaurs found in this territory and their original fossils. The star of the exhibition is a replica of a specimen of Patagotitan mayorum , thirty meters long. A titan of Patagonia that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Earth's history is written in rocks, and paleontologists spend much of their lives learning to read these stories of the planet's natural past. Intense days in paleontological campaigns are full of challenges, emotions and discoveries. But when the sun goes down, the team gathers around the campfire to have a comforting meal, chat, or review notes and photos taken that day. Sometimes they even celebrate a great discovery with excitement.
